Summary: American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc. ("ARC Healthcare") (NASDAQ:HCT) announced that, in conjunction with the listing of its shares of common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market today, it has commenced a concurrent tender offer to purchase an amount in value of its shares of common stock up to $150 million from its stockholders. In accordance with the terms of the tender offer, ARC Healthcare will pay a purchase price of $11.00 per share, net to the seller in cash, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest. ARC Healthcare intends to fund the tender offer with cash on hand and funds available under ARC Healthcare's unsecured revolving credit facility.
